JUNIOR PRODUCT MANAGER: our view in 3 lines...

  • The Role:A junior product management role for someone supporting product planning and delivery with R&D and cross-functional teams.
  • The Person:The person will define PRDs, product scope, roadmaps and release plans, work with design, development, testing and documentation teams, run product demos, and gather product feedback.
  • Requirements:The ideal candidate has a bachelor’s degree in computer science or software engineering-related majors, excellent communication skills in English, and knowledge of Chinese is a plus.

Job description

ʉۢ Complete requirements analysis and create PRD

• Define product release scope and roadmap, track in JIRA

• Define and track release plan, work closely with local and remote R&D team

• Work with product development teams to complete feature UI and logic design

• Work closely with all related teams such as design, development, testing, and documentation teams during the development process to make sure the features delivered can satisfy customer needs

• Perform product demos to field teams, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful product launches

• Collect product feedback and keep improving the product 

 

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science or software engineering-related majors
• Excellent communication skills in English, and knowing Chinese is a plus
• Good communication and presentation skills
• Ability to maintain a keen attention to detail, multi-task and work well under pressure
• Proven ability to influence cross-functional teams without formal authority
• Natural tendency to be curious, positive, and creative
Having AI work experience and a basic understanding, or having studied AI before, is a plus point
