About the role
We are seeking a strategic and delivery-focused professional to join our Transformation Office. In this role, you will help shape and execute the IT and COO transformation agenda, translating strategic priorities into actionable initiatives and tangible business outcomes. Working closely with the COO Transformation Lead, Enterprise Architect, and senior stakeholders, you will drive transformation, strengthen governance, support innovation, and identify opportunities to enhance efficiency, productivity, and quality through technology and new ways of working. Your key responsabilities: Translate the IT and COO strategy into various transformation initiatives in line with business priorities & IT operational reality. Lead role in the Shape of all the IT and COO transformation initiatives Preparing and assisting in the pre-studies of the IT and COO vision to understand and clarify business needs, value, cost & IT delivery predictability by providing a people, process & tools view. Guide project teams once business architecture of a solution is defined. Assist in the definition of the One Pager and Multi-Year Transformation Plan Participate actively in governance processes to ensure adherence to architectural principles, security policies, and compliance requirements. Collaborate with the COO Transformation Lead and Enterprise Architect on strategic group initiatives, including cloud migration, system integrations, and technology adoption strategies. Serve as a strategic sounding board, validating ideas and strategies related to architecture, security, and emerging technologies to facilitate informed decision-making and innovative solutions. Capture and share critical enterprise knowledge, acting as a backup to ensure continuity and mitigate knowledge loss, especially during large migration or modernization projects. Scout and assess emerging transformational technologies, trends and capabilities, including efficiency, productivity and quality accelerators such as agentic AI and platform economies. Support the development and implementation of architectural processes, including design, review, and migration strategies, ensuring they align with organizational goals. Communicate complex concepts clearly and effectively to senior management and technical teams. Contribute to developing the knowledge and skills of the entire Transformation Office by sharing experience, providing training, and fostering curiosity about innovation, digitalisation, security, and related topics. Qualifications: Strong organizational and leadership skills, with the ability to structure and coordinate complex topics and initiatives, proactively identify challenges, and drive them through to resolution. Proven experience in transformation management, strategic project delivery, technology consulting or related roles with a track record of shaping complex cross-functional initiatives Experience translating strategic objectives into an actionable people, process & tools view including transformation roadmaps with value & cost dimensions. Understanding of IT operating models, transformation methodologies, and organizational change management practices Understanding of emerging technologies and digital trends, including AI, agentic AI, automation, digital workplaces, and productivity-enhancing solutions. Ability to identify and incorporate data assets, data quality requirements & data products into business architecture Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to convey complex concepts clearly. Familiarity with architectural governance, security standards, data privacy, and compliance regulations. Experience supporting large-scale transformation initiatives, such as enterprise-wide technology deployments or organizational operating model transformations is a plus.
