Job Description
We are a close-knit, high-talent-density team (IIT Bombay, IIT Delhi, IIT Kanpur, CMU, Purdue alumni) and have grown ~7x in the last 7 months. We are looking for a Founding Growth Lead to capitalise on this velocity. As our first growth hire, you will build our GTM engine from scratch
What you will do
- Social: Scale organic presence on LinkedIn, X, and Reddit.
- Search: execute SEO & GEO strategies to dominate technical queries.
- Launches: Orchestrate high-frequency launches on Product Hunt, Hacker News, and YC.
- Partnerships: Build ecosystem partnerships with complementary providers (AI Labs, CCAS, ISVs).
- Events: Strategise and execute key conferences and hackathons.
- Ads: Run experimental, high-ROI paid campaigns.
Must Haves
- 3+ Years Growth Experience
- T-Shaped: Deep expertise in at least 2 GTM levers
- Automation Native: Proficient with n8n, Zapier, or Make. You automate busy work.
- Scrappy: Comfortable wearing multiple hats in a chaotic, fast-moving environment.
Bonus Points
- AI-Native Builder: Experience using Cursor, Anthropic, or Replit to write your own scripts/scrapers.
- 0 to 10 Experience: You have taken a product from zero to its first major milestone.
- ICP Knowledge: Experience selling specifically to technical people
