flowscope (YC P26) is building the software factory for enterprise. Our agents capture how a client works, map its workflows, and deliver production software for that client. The end state is a custom, AI-native software stack for every company.

Enterprise software has a delivery problem. Every customer works differently, so fitting their workflows to a SaaS product takes months of forward-deployed engineers, consultants and integrators. Custom builds from consultancies cost millions and rarely get past the proof of concept.

Coding agents change the economics. When code is nearly free, the expensive part is understanding how the client works. Palantir built Foundry, then needed an army of engineers to deploy it. We start from the other end: automate the forward-deployed engineer, and let agents build custom software for each client, instead of one bloated product plus years of customisation.

As founding engineer, you build the software factory: the capture layer, the workflow models, and the agents that turn them into shipped software

What you'll work on

• Capture: high-throughput, high-concurrency systems that collect events across client desktops and systems.
• Privacy: redaction and anonymisation built into the pipeline core.
• Structure: ingestion and retrieval across messy documents and sources, and knowledge graphs that model how work actually happens.
• Build: coding agents that generate, test and deploy custom software from those models.
• Deploy: plugging that software into client systems and running it in production.

You will run the factory end to end on a live client, then make it faster.

• Install our desktop agent on a client team's machines and map their workflows from what it records.
• Build and ship the automation with our coding agents.
• Turn what you did by hand into agent work for the next client.
