Head of Engineering

Remote | Full-time

We’re looking for a Head of Engineering to lead our engineering function and help build reliable, scalable products.

This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who can make strong technical decisions, build great teams, and work closely with product and company leadership.

What you’ll do

• Own the overall engineering strategy and technical direction

• Lead architecture, development, testing, deployment, and infrastructure

• Build, manage, and mentor the engineering team

• Work closely with product, design, and leadership teams

• Turn product requirements into scalable technical solutions

• Establish strong engineering processes and development standards

• Review code and ensure quality, security, and reliability

• Identify technical risks and make appropriate trade-offs

• Improve development velocity and engineering productivity

• Help hire and build the engineering organization as the company grows

What we’re looking for

• Strong software engineering background

• Experience leading engineering teams

• Strong understanding of system architecture and scalable infrastructure

• Ability to make pragmatic technical decisions

• Strong problem-solving and communication skills

• Comfortable being hands-on when needed

• Experience hiring, mentoring, and managing engineers

• Experience with modern cloud infrastructure and development tools

• Startup experience is a plus

• Experience building products from 0→1 is a plus
