  • The Role:This role is for an experienced full stack engineer building secure, scalable web applications for enterprise environments.
  • The Person:The person will design, build and maintain web applications, backend services, RESTful APIs and microservices, handle authentication, integration, testing and troubleshooting, and lead technical design, code reviews and mentoring at senior level.
  • Requirements:The ideal candidate has strong experience with React.js, Node.js, JavaScript and/or TypeScript, REST API development, Git, and Agile/Scrum, with preferred experience in Next.js, NestJS, Express.js, PostgreSQL, MongoDB, Redis, Docker, Kubernetes, AWS/Azure and CI/CD.

Flyte Solutions Ltd. is expanding its technology talent pool and looking for experienced Full Stack Engineers – React + Node.js to support enterprise applications, digital platforms and resource-augmentation engagements.

We are particularly interested in professionals experienced in developing secure, scalable and high-availability applications for banking, fintech, telecom, insurance and other enterprise environments.

Position

Mid-Level Full Stack Engineer: 3–5 Years
Senior Full Stack Engineer: 5–8 Years

Employment Type: Full-time
Work Arrangement: On-site / Hybrid / Client Deployment
Location: Dhaka, Bangladesh

Technology Environment

Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Design, develop and maintain modern web applications using React.js.
  • Develop scalable backend services using Node.js.
  • Develop RESTful APIs and microservices.
  • Build reusable and maintainable frontend components.
  • Implement secure authentication and authorization.
  • Integrate internal systems, third-party services and enterprise APIs.
  • Develop applications capable of supporting high transaction volumes and concurrent users.
  • Implement validation, logging, audit trails and error handling.
  • Work with relational and NoSQL databases.
  • Implement caching and performance optimization.
  • Participate in technical design, architecture discussions and code reviews.
  • Develop unit and integration tests.
  • Troubleshoot application and production issues.
  • Collaborate with QA, DevOps, UI/UX, Product and Business teams.

Senior-Level Expectations

  • Lead technical design and implementation of complex applications.
  • Contribute to system architecture and technology decisions.
  • Review code and establish engineering standards.
  • Mentor Mid-Level and Junior developers.
  • Lead troubleshooting of complex production and performance issues.
  • Participate in client technical discussions and solution design.

Qualifications

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in CSE, Computer Science, Software Engineering, IT or related discipline.
  • 3–8 years of relevant software development experience.
  • Strong experience with React.js and Node.js.
  • Good JavaScript and/or TypeScript skills.
  • Strong REST API development experience.
  • Good database knowledge.
  • Experience with Git and Agile/Scrum.

Preferred Skills

Next.js | NestJS | Express.js | PostgreSQL | MongoDB | Redis | Docker | Kubernetes | Kafka | RabbitMQ | AWS/Azure | CI/CD

Experience in digital banking, fintech, payment systems, telecom digital platforms, insurance portals or enterprise applications will be highly valued.
