GTM Lead, AI Infrastructure, TPU and GPU, Google Cloud (English, Japanese).

Minimum qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, or Computer Science, or equivalent practical experience.
• 12 years of experience in enterprise technology/cloud sales, management consulting, or partner management, and with business development and strategy.
• Ability to communicate in Japanese and English fluently as this is a customer facing role that requires communication with local Japanese customers.

Preferred qualifications:

• MBA or Master's degree.
• Experience in business development, consulting, or strategic sales in the technology industry, promoting Platform-as-a-Service (PaaS) or Infrastructure-as-a-Service (IaaS).
• Experience working across multiple organizations to drive complex initiatives to resolution, and successfully operating in a fluid, high-impact work environment.
• Knowledge of AI Natives and of the emerging Gen-AI industry tech stack.
• Understanding of GCP’s AI Infrastructure and strategic agreement cycles.
• Excellent communications skills.

Responsibilities:

• Lead Google Cloud’s most strategic and complex AI Infrastructure agreement cycles with a customer-first mindset, strong sense of ownership and accountability for the success of the partnership.
• Drive commercial best-practices and profitability for GCP’s AI Infrastructure in close collaboration with the Finance, Product, and the leadership teams.
• Develop and implement regional/industry specific GTM strategies jointly with the broader AI Infrastructure team and cross-functional collaboration.
• Build and deepen trusted relationships with the C-suite of GCP’s most strategic AI Infra customers, influence long-term strategic direction, and serve as a business partner.
• Drive and grow AI Infra business for Google Cloud through new, expanded or accelerated AI infra partnerships and strategic customer engagements across GCP’s GTM segments.
