- The Role:This role leads software engineering for YouTube TV Primetime Channels, Sunday Ticket, and other OTT growth initiatives.
- The Person:The person will lead technical infrastructure for OTT personalization, coach engineers, align goals and timelines, manage priorities and deliverables, and design, develop, test, deploy, maintain, and enhance large-scale software solutions.
- Requirements:The ideal candidate has a bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience, 8 years of software development experience, 5 years testing and launching software products, 3 years of software design and architecture, and experience in Applied Machine Learning.

- 8 years of experience in software development.
- 5 years of experience testing, and launching software products.
- 3 years of experience with software design and architecture.
Preferred qualifications:
- Master’s degree or PhD in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related technical field.
- 8 years of experience with data structures and algorithms.
- Experience in Applied Machine Learning.
- Experience as a Tech Lead (TL) for a consumer-facing product, driving business generation.

Individual pay is determined by factors including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
US: $207000 - $300000 (USD) + 20% bonus target + equity + benefits
