Senior Product Manager, Google Photos, Search.

Minimum qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 8 years of experience in product management or a related technical role.
• 3 years of experience taking technical products from conception to launch (e.g., ideation to execution, end-to-end, 0 to 1, etc.).
• Experience integrating generative AI tools or LLM interfaces into workflows.

Preferred qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 8 years of experience in product management or a related technical role.
• Experience in image understanding and retrieval.
• Experience working on a large consumer products.
• Experience shipping LLM or GenAI-powered experiences that users love.
• Experience building search features and experiences. And executive communication experience.

Responsibilities:

• Lead Search in Google Photos. Search is incredibly important today and even more important as we transform Google Photos to be more agentic.
• Be responsible for the end-to-end search experience, across user experience, quality, and safety. Be responsible for evolving Search into a platform, that can power many other features and teams across Photos - including Gemini, Personal Context, etc.
• Develop a combination of user obsession, investigative excellence, technical fluency, bias to action, communication skills, and organizational leadership without authority.
