Job Description:
At Omnicom Media, we design ecosystems for growth — connecting strategy, creativity, data, and technology to move brands forward faster.Â
The Global Brand Team is where that connection becomes visible: the events people remember, the work that wins, the narrative that travels, and the channels that carry it. We're looking for a Senior Associate, Global Brand to run the operations of brand social media and digital (the pipeline, the library, the entries, the logistics) and to draft with confidence.Â
If you are organized, quick, and calm, and you want to learn the craft from the inside, keep reading.Â
THE WORKÂ
As Senior Associate, Global Brand, you keep social media and digital operations running: trackers, the asset library, portals, deadlines, and logistics. You draft first versions in house style, check work against the brand guidelines, and compile the data behind reports.
WHAT YOU'LL DOÂ
- Maintain social media and digital pipelines, libraries, or calendars; tag and file assets within five working daysÂ
- Keep the central brand and asset library organized for teams, agencies, and partnersÂ
- Run a first brand check on drafts: voice, visual identity, and usage standardsÂ
- Manage logistics: deadlines, portals, fees, registration, evidence files, and QAÂ
- Draft packages, decks, posts, or briefs in house style for reviewÂ
- Coordinate production with editors, designers, photographers, videographers, and vendorsÂ
- Compile performance data and early insights for social media and digital monthly reportsÂ
- Monitor social and press mentions; flag risks and opportunities to the leadÂ
- Support Cannes and CES on the groundÂ
- Run intake and route work through the agreed approval pathÂ
WHAT YOU'LL BRINGÂ
- 1+ years in marketing, communications, or events, ideally on a global brand teamÂ
- Organized, calm, and quick; you keep many deadlines movingÂ
- Copywriting and presentation design in a house templateÂ
- Familiarity with CMS, social, CRM, or entry platformsÂ
- A sharp eye for visual and written consistencyÂ
- Experience hosting clients or guests at eventsÂ
NICE TO HAVE (NOT REQUIRED)Â
- Video coordinationÂ
- Photoshop and SEO basicsÂ
- Social listening or analytics toolsÂ
LOCATION / WAYS OF WORKINGÂ
- New York: in-person collaboration is part of how we work
- You'll partner across teams globally; early or late collaboration happens during pitches, tentpoles, and announcements.Â
