  • The Role:This role is for a cleared TechSIGINT analyst with experience in signals analysis and legacy SIGINT applications.
  • The Person:The person will develop and execute signals analysis work, write requirements and test plans, help test applications, refine requirements with software developers and systems engineers, and provide feedback to subject matter experts.
  • Requirements:The ideal candidate has TS/SCI clearance with an active polygraph, fifteen years of direct and relevant TechSIGINT experience, a bachelor’s degree, and experience with Wireshark and at least one legacy TechSIGINT application.

Due to federal contract requirements, United States citizenship and an active TS/SCI security clearance and polygraph are required for the position.
 
 

Required:

  • Must be a US Citizen.
  • Must have TS/SCI clearance w/ active polygraph (Polygraph should be in the last five (05) years).
  • Fifteen (15) years of direct/relevant TechSIGINT experience in signals analysis (COMINT, ELINT, FISINT, and/or PROFORMA) and/or design and engineering or aerospace, communications, electronic or industrial systems
  • A Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Electronics, Mathematics, Communications, or Computer Science fields or related discipline from an accredited college or university is required.
  • Shall have experience in the development and execution of signals analysis; requirements, test plans and training to ensure the delivery of high-quality software to the user community.
  • Experience with various enterprise tools. Day-to-day activities include working with Software Developers and Systems Engineers to refine requirements, provide insight in application design, test developed applications and provide feedback, and work with other SMEs.
  • Must have experience on a minimum of one (01) of the following legacy TechSIGINT applications: MARTES/FIS-MARTES, CATS, DEL, WEBENGRAFT, FISNET, FISMARKEТ, TEBAG, PacketSwing, STK, DVT, TASMANIA, CHAUEE, REDHAWK, MEERKAT, or ESP.
