Job Description

As a Marketing Associate, Social Media, you’ll work with our social team to create fun, engaging, community-driven, and style-focused moments across Poshmark’s social channels. You’ll help shape how we show up on TikTok, Instagram, Pinterest, YouTube, and emerging platforms—jumping into trends, talking with our community, and helping us build content that feels fresh, culturally relevant, and authentically Poshmark.

If you’re creative, chronically online (in the best way), and excited about making social media feel human, this role is for you.

What You’ll Do

Create for community: Brainstorm, pitch, and help produce content that brings Poshmark’s brand personality to life.

Show up daily on social: Monitor comments, DMs, tagged content, and conversations, and engage with our community in a warm, on-brand voice.

Help grow our channels: Support platform strategies that expand Poshmark’s reach and introduce more people to our brand across Instagram, TikTok, Pinterest, YouTube, and more.

Spot trends early: Stay plugged into social culture—what’s trending, what’s emerging, and where Poshmark can have an authentic presence.

Explore new opportunities: Identify new features, formats, and rising platforms where Poshmark can test and learn.

Learn, analyze, optimize: Support the tracking of social performance and help summarize insights to share with the team.

What We’re Looking For

  • 1+ years of experience in social media, digital marketing, creator/content work, or related internships

  • BA/BS degree or equivalent experience

  • A passion for Poshmark—bonus points if you’re already part of the community

  • Deep familiarity with social media channels, especially Instagram and Pinterest, plus TikTok, YouTube, and emerging formats

  • Strong writing skills and the ability to adapt tone across channels

  • Experience with social publishing or analytics tools like Dash Hudson, native platform tools, etc.

  • Basic graphic design and video editing skills using Adobe Creative Suite, CapCut, Canva, etc.

  • A collaborative, self-starting mindset—and openness to occasionally support nights, weekends, or holidays when social moments pop
