About the company
Our client is a fast-growing software company.
The role
Raydar is recruiting for this role on behalf of our client. Own enterprise customer implementations from kickoff through go-live, acting as a trusted advisor to senior executives. Manage several accounts at once and feed customer insights back to product and engineering teams.
What you'll do
- Lead enterprise onboarding from kickoff and planning through integration setup and go-live.
- Manage multiple customer accounts at the same time.
- Build and maintain relationships with senior executives and steering committees, presenting early results and encouraging adoption.
- Advise customers on best practices with a clear point of view rather than simply fulfilling requests.
- Work with product and engineering teams to turn customer insights into roadmap input.
- Collaborate with pre-sales on proofs of concept and demos, and guide junior analysts on integration and data work.

- Post-sales enterprise implementation experience, having led deployments end to end.
- An excellent academic record from a highly regarded university, ideally in a quantitative or business-related discipline.
- Comfort pushing back constructively and working independently in a fast-moving environment.
