About the role

ABOUT KLED

Kled is building the largest opt-in human data network in the world.

We are not a labeling firm. We are not a task marketplace.

We are a consumer application where people upload their real photos, videos, and documents and get paid continuously.

We then filter, standardize, and license that data to frontier AI labs and enterprises that need fresh, rights-aware training data.

Since launching our mobile app in 2026, we have:

• Reached #1 on the App Store (Finance) with 0 paid marketing
• Scaled to 600,000+ active data contributors
• Processed 5M uploads per day
• Raised $15M+ from investors behind SpaceX, Airbnb, Coinbase, xAI, OpenAI, Anthropic, Spotify, Lyft, Uber, and more

Our mission is to let anyone download the app and earn a real living wage from uploading their data.

This listing is for one paid task in the Kled app: "Record Your Prep". There is no interview and no minimum hours: download the app, open the task, and you are paid per accepted submission.

What you will do

Film food preparation on the cutting board: chopping, peeling and slicing with your hands in frame, face out of frame.

Steps

  1. Point the phone at the cutting surface

  2. Prep as you normally would

  3. Keep faces out of frame

  4. Upload the clip

What gets rejected

  • Do not film faces

  • Do not cut or speed up the clip

  • Do not film unsafe knife work

Pay

$1.10 per accepted clip. At a typical pace of about 4 minutes per clip, that is about $17 per hour. A 20-minute session of about 5 clips pays about $5.50. No fixed cap; each clip is reviewed. You are paid per accepted submission (piecework, independent contractor); submissions that break the rules are not paid. Payouts are made in the app (PayPal, Venmo or a Solana wallet).

Where and when

Open worldwide: the task runs in 100+ countries. Remote, on your own schedule. Independent contractor, piecework; this is not an employment position.

What you need

  • An iPhone running iOS 18.6 or later (the Kled app is iPhone-only right now)

  • 18 or older

  • Your phone camera, used inside the Kled app

How to start

  1. Download Kled from the App Store: https://apps.apple.com/app/kled/id6752585718 (also at kled.ai/app).

  2. Create your account and open Tasks.

  3. Search "Record Your Prep", read the brief and follow the on-screen steps.

  4. Submit. Accepted submissions are paid in the app.

Every submission is reviewed, and you opt in to a commercial training license on each upload; accepted submissions are licensed to AI labs. Questions: [email protected].
