What you will do

Contribute to one of our most business-critical systems

Build React UI components with TypeScript and Material UI
-
Develop Java microservices with Spring Boot and Hibernate

Integrate with other business systems using REST APIs
-
Write clean, tested and maintainable code

Work in an AI-assisted workflow: we use Claude Code and JetBrains AI daily and experiment with new AI tools

Share your knowledge and experience with colleagues, contributing to team-wide learning and growth
What we expect

Have at least 1 year of experience with Java and Spring Boot

Have experience with JavaScript/TypeScript and React
-
Are comfortable with Git, Gradle and Docker

Have experience developing integrated systems (REST, SOAP)

Have solid SQL skills with relational databases such as Oracle and MySQL
-
Care about code quality and maintainability: code reviews and unit tests are part of your workflow
-
Can read and reason about code you didn’t write, including AI-generated code, rather than accepting it as-is
-
Are eager to learn and share knowledge with others
-
Communicate well in English, both spoken and written
-
Excel in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment
Nice to have:

Experience with AI coding assistants (Claude Code, Cursor, GitHub Copilot, JetBrains AI or similar)

Testing with Jest or React Testing Library

Kubernetes and container orchestration

Kafka or similar messaging and streaming platforms
