About the role

Your mission

We’re looking for a Full-Stack Software Engineer who loves building great products, solving real-world problems, and turning ideas into working software.
You'll work across frontend and backend, developing customer-facing applications and internal tools that help our appraisal experts work smarter and more efficiently.
As part of a small, collaborative team, you'll have the freedom to take ownership, experiment with new technologies, and see the direct impact of your work.
We value pragmatic solutions, fast iteration, and curiosity over unnecessary complexity. AI-powered development tools and new product ideas are not just welcome - they're encouraged.

Your profile

  • At least two years of professional software engineering experience
  • Experience building and shipping web applications
  • Willingness to work across frontend, backend and infrastructure
  • A strong user and product focus
  • Comfort working with imperfect knowledge and changing requirements
  • A preference for rapid prototyping and iteration over extensive upfront planning
  • Ability to balance delivery speed, maintainability, scalability, and technical quality
  • Confidence using AI-assisted development tools and experience building AI-powered software
  • Prior experience with AWS and infrastructure as code
  • Professional fluency in English
  • German language skills are a significant advantage since the valuation business is in German

Why us?

  • A Munich-based full-time position with immediate start, depending on your availability
  • A competitive salary based on your experience
  • Flexible working hours with partial remote work, typically up to three days per week
  • State-of-the-art working device, typically a MacBook Pro
  • An individual learning and development budget and German language courses where needed
  • Benefits like JobRad bicycle leasing and a choice of Wellpass or a Spendit Card
