- The Role:This role is for a software engineer who builds software products as part of a development team and takes on solution development work.
- The Person:The person will design, develop, enhance, test, deliver and debug software independently, take on larger or more complex stories, help break down and groom stories, and take part in architecture and design sessions.
- Requirements:The ideal candidate has two years of relevant experience, experience with Object Oriented (OO) programming, proven experience with at least one core technology, familiarity with design patterns and industry standards, and strives for full stack development.

Summary:
In this role, you will develop high-quality software products for Vizient as an active and collaborative member of a software development team.
Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, enhance, code, test, deliver and debug software independently.
- Work on larger, more complex or new stories for solution development.
- Play an active role in story break-up and grooming.
- Collaborate with others to story completion, and participates in architecture/design sessions.
- Demonstrate improved utilization of skills in applicable tools and technologies in accordance with existing SOP's and framework.
Qualifications:
- Relevant degree preferred.
- 2 years of relevant experience required.
- Demonstrate experience with Object Oriented (OO) programming.
- Display proven experience with at least one core technology.
- Demonstrate familiarity with design patterns and industry standards.
- Strive for full stack development (multiple technologies).
Estimated Hiring Range:
At Vizient, we consider skills, experience, and organizational needs in our compensation approach. Geographic factors may adjust the range estimate and hires typically fall below the top range. Compensation decisions are tailored to individual circumstances. The current salary range for this role is $77,400.00 to $135,400.00.
This position is also incentive eligible.
