About the Company:

Our client is a fast-growing SaaS startup focused on building the next generation of conversational AI. Their mission is to enhance customer interactions across multiple channel while improving business workflows and processes. They offer an all-in-one omnichannel conversational AI platform that helps enterprises drive growth and boost productivity across sales, marketing, and support functions. As they expand into emerging markets, they are looking for driven, diverse, and passionate individuals to grow with the team.

Job Responsibilities:

1. Content & Brand Representation
- Act as a representative in creating engaging, short-form content aimed at educating and attracting a broad audience.
- Contribute to consistent content output that highlights business insights, product value, and day-to-day operations.
- Work closely with internal teams to develop content that is relevant, engaging, and aligned with overall messaging.

2. Affiliate & Partnership Growth
- Identify, engage, and onboard external affiliate partners, including niche experts and content creators, to expand reach in key markets.
- Manage relationships with affiliate partners and ensure alignment on goals, incentives, and expected outcomes.
- Support affiliate partners with the necessary materials and direction to enable effective promotion and conversion.

3. Strategy & Performance Management
- Develop and execute structured plans to support ongoing growth through partnerships and content initiatives.
- Conduct research on market trends, audience behavior, and competitor activities to inform decision-making.
- Track performance, evaluate effectiveness, and continuously refine strategies to improve results.
- Collaborate across teams to ensure marketing efforts are aligned with broader digital visibility and discoverability goals.
- Ensure consistency in brand positioning across all partner and content-related activities.

Job Requirements:
- Min. bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, Digital Media, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in digital marketing, specifically partnerships, affiliate marketing, or performance marketing.
- Experience managing affiliate programs, influencer partnerships, or social campaigns
- Demonstrated ability to contribute to revenue growth through partner-led initiatives.
