Job-search app privacy information

This information describes the public Digital Jobs job-search app and supplements the Digital Jobs Privacy Policy. Digital Jobs Limited operates the service.

Information used by the app

Your assistant sends the search filters needed to fulfil your request, such as role, skills, city, radius, work mode and salary range. When you open or compare vacancies, it sends their public job identifiers. Digital Jobs processes these parameters to return public vacancies and descriptions.

The app does not request access to your Digital Jobs account, CV, contact details, application history or other private profile information. It does not require a login. Avoid including unnecessary personal or sensitive information in search fields.

Conversation and selection data

The MCP integration receives tool requests, not automatic access to your entire ChatGPT conversation. Your assistant may include information you provide in tool arguments. The interactive component tells the host which public job IDs you selected or viewed so the conversation can refer to them. Selections are held in the component session; this release does not create saved-job records.

Operations and retention

The MCP application audit records request identifiers, tool names, status, timing and result counts. It hashes client IP addresses for security and rate limiting. These audit rows are scheduled for removal after 30 days. The MCP audit does not store the search argument body or full conversation. Hosting and security services may process technical request information under the main Privacy Policy.

The component contains no advertising or analytics scripts and does not use cookies or local storage. OpenAI handles your use of ChatGPT under its own terms and privacy settings.

Job links take you to digitaljobs.com to review and apply. Normal website privacy and cookie practices then apply. This app does not submit job applications or send information to employers.
