Success in this position requires strong technical leadership, a product mindset, deep expertise in test automation, and the ability to advance modern engineering practices that accelerate Coca‑Cola’s digital transformation.

What You will do for us

  • Own day-to-day quality engineering support for multiple digital product teams, ensuring automated quality controls are embedded across the software development lifecycle.

  • Develop and maintain automated testing frameworks supporting web, mobile, API, integration, and platform-based products.

  • Partner with Product Managers, Software Engineers, Platform Engineering, and Release Management teams to proactively identify quality risks and implement preventative controls.

  • Perform root-cause analysis on recurring defects, release incidents, and production quality issues, driving corrective and preventive actions.

  • Identify quality risks early and collaborate with teams to mitigate business, operational, and customer impacts.

  • Establish dashboards and reporting mechanisms that provide visibility into automation coverage, release readiness, defect leakage, test execution effectiveness, and quality trends.

  • Contribute to enterprise engineering standards for automation, test data management, environment strategy, and quality tooling.

  • Build reusable assets and best practices that improve engineering productivity.

  • Evaluate emerging AI-enabled testing capabilities and automation innovations that improve efficiency and quality outcomes.

  • Partner with product and engineering teams to integrate quality automation into agile and product-centric delivery models.

  • Drive test automation adoption across development pipelines to improve release quality, speed, and predictability.

  • Monitor quality metrics, automation coverage, test effectiveness, and defect trends to support data-driven decision making.

  • Demonstrated ability to analyze quality metrics and drive continuous improvement outcomes.

  • Strong stakeholder management, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills.

  • Familiarity with modern engineering ecosystems including cloud platforms, DevOps toolchains, and AI-enabled quality engineering technologies.
