About the role
Job Description:
Design, implement, and maintain enterprise CI/CD pipelines as a managed service, enabling development teams to build, test, and deploy applications efficiently while maintaining security and compliance standards.
The work you'll do:
- Build and maintain Jenkins-based CI/CD pipelines supporting multi-team application delivery.
- Create reusable Jenkins shared libraries and pipeline templates.
- Implement automated build, test, security scanning, and deployment workflows.
- Manage Jenkins infrastructure and plugin ecosystem.
- Manage artifact lifecycle in Nexus Repository (Maven, npm, Docker images).
- Monitor pipeline performance, optimize build times, and ensure SLA compliance.
- Provide training and onboarding to support development teams.
Here's what you'll need:
- 5+ years of experience with Linux and Cloud platform experience (AWS).
- Experience in the following areas:
- Strong Java development knowledge (Maven, Gradle, Spring Boot, etc.).
- Proficiency in Groovy for Jenkins shared libraries and pipeline scripting.
- Expert with Nexus Repository Manager (artifact management, repository policies).
- Experience with containerization (Docker) and orchestration (Kubernetes).
Security clearance:
- Active TS/SCI with Poly security clearance is required.
As required by local law, Accenture Federal Services provides reasonable ranges of compensation for hired roles based on labor costs in the states of California, Colorado, Hawaii, Illinois, Maine, Maryland, Massachusetts, Minnesota, New Jersey, New York, Vermont, Virginia, Washington, and the District of Columbia, and the city of Cleveland. The base pay range for this position in these locations is shown below. Compensation for roles at Accenture Federal Services varies depending on a wide array of factors, including but not limited to office location, role, skill set, and level of experience.
