  • The Role: Supports AWS digital marketing operations to improve content visibility and drive customer acquisition for cloud services.
  • The Person: Perform marketing operations to edit and publish content, monitor productivity and quality metrics, follow SOPs and SLAs, and support process improvements within the marketing operations team.
  • Requirements: Completed undergraduate degree, basic Excel proficiency, and preferred working knowledge of XML standards, SQL, Python, Selenium, QuickSight, Adobe, Sprinklr, Marketo, and Photoshop.

Key job responsibilities
* Perform marketing operations to enhance the visibility of content across digital platforms.
* Quickly understand and effectively utilize marketing and operation workflow tools.
* Continuously adapt to and learn new features of the marketing programs.
* Edit and fix content efficiently, following established Standard Operating Procedures to spot and correct errors.
* Monitor and be aware of key operations metrics such as productivity (number of titles processed per hour), quality (defect percentage), and delivery/latency Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
* Ensure compliance with these metrics, SLA requirements, QA guidelines, team goals, and personal goals.
* Be accountable for meeting performance standards and contributing to team objectives.
* Participate in regular team meetings to discuss process improvements and implement changes as needed.

Basic Qualifications:
- * Educational Qualification: Completed an undergraduate degree in any stream. * Analytical Skills: Ability to solve basic mathematical and logical problems. * Excel Proficiency: Basic knowledge of Excel and its functions. * Communication Skills: Effective in reading, writing, and speaking.

Preferred Qualifications:
- * Ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced work environment driven by complex software systems and processes. * Self-starter and good team player. * Strong attention to detail when editing content, with the ability to deep dive and identify root causes of issues. * Proficient in problem-solving, data analysis, and troubleshooting issues. * Good interpersonal skills to manage ongoing relationships with software and inter-operations teams. * Working knowledge of XML standards, SQL and basic automation tools such as Python/Selenium are added advantage. * Knowledge or experience in the publishing/b2b & b2c marketing industry, as well as familiarity with QuickSight, Adobe, Sprinklr, Marketo, and Photoshop, are significant advantages.
