Key job responsibilities

Design and develop scalable, full-stack applications using modern technology stacks that address complex supply chain challenges
Own technical solutions end-to-end, from initial conception through architecture, implementation, and deployment
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product, customer success, and other engineering groups to deliver customer-focused solutions
Optimize and enhance existing systems to improve performance, scalability, and reliability
Support team development by mentoring engineers, conducting code reviews, and sharing knowledge to strengthen our engineering practices

A day in the life
As a Senior Software Development Engineer on our team, you'll spend your time designing and building full-stack applications that solve real supply chain challenges. You might start your day reviewing architectural decisions with technical leaders, then shift into hands-on development work using our modern technology stack. You'll collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand customer needs and see how your solutions make a tangible difference in their operations. Throughout the week, you'll also have opportunities to mentor other engineers, participate in code reviews, and contribute to our operational excellence initiatives.

Basic Qualifications:
- 5+ years of non-internship professional software development experience
- 5+ years of programming with at least one software programming language experience
- 5+ years of leading design or architecture (design patterns, reliability and scaling) of new and existing systems experience
- Experience as a mentor, tech lead or leading an engineering team
- Bachelor's degree in computer science or equivalent

Preferred Qualifications:
- 5+ years of full software development life cycle, including coding standards, code reviews, source control management, build processes, testing, and operations experience
- Knowledge of professional software engineering & best practices for full software development life cycle, including coding standards, software architectures, code reviews, source control management, continuous deployments, testing, and operational excellence
- Experience building complex software systems that have been successfully delivered to customers
