Job Description
We're hiring! We are looking for a Head of Growth and Delivering Aon United (DAU) for Commercial Risk Solutions (CRS) to join our team in Vietnam. This is a hybrid role with the flexibility to work both virtually and from the office. This role will be responsible for driving the growth plans for Vietnam CRS and the global standards within DAU. What the day will look like Leads the Vietnam CRS growth plans including growth of existing and new clients, cross-Solution Line synergies and named strategies (e.g. MNC, ESG), works with regional management and Solution Line leadership teams to drive growth plan execution. Champions the DAU client value model and global standards to facilitate DAU becoming BAU, with relevant understanding of client segmentation. Partners with country and regional leadership team to support client retention through DAU and drive profitable growth of CRS clients. Manages a process to ensure country growth plan for CRS is implemented and prioritizes growth opportunities for clients and prospects that address both market opportunities and unmet client needs. Responsible to develop CRS country plans, budgets, and targets for in-year and multi-year new business performance. Responsible to deliver quarterly Growth & DAU reviews for Vietnam CRS, inputs to the annual growth planning cycle within region, demonstrating best practice to deploy in region. Ensure the Aon sales process is applied consistently, including accurate pipeline management, monthly forecasting, and all sales activity management as required by the region. Partners with Growth Operations and Head of Growth and DAU to identify and assess market opportunities and champions Aon Connect in-country across Solution Lines. Partners with Marketing to develop and understand regional and globally aligned client needs to drive marketing and sales in Vietnam, adapting to the local market as needed, ensuring activity is prioritized according to agreed revenue generating opportunities and quality standards. Skills and experience that will lead to success Strong understanding of the Vietnam business market, including key market forces and business drivers. Deep understanding of client businesses, risk issues, and growth opportunities. Strong knowledge of Aon’s products, services, and “one-firm” value proposition. Ability to translate regional and Solution Line growth strategies into executable business plans. Client-centric and commercially driven, with an entrepreneurial perspective.. Strong understanding of regional trends, macroeconomic factors, and regulatory landscape Demonstrates inclusive, purposeful leadership and the ability to unite diverse stakeholders around a shared vision.
