The bar for B2B marketing content is rising faster than headcount budgets are. We solved that problem before most teams were asking the question. Our Communications function runs on an AI-native operating model that delivers quality and volume our size should not allow, and this role is at the centre of it.

We are looking for a versatile, AI-native Marketing Manager to join our communications and content team and help shape how Ataccama shows up in the market. This role is for a Swiss Army Knife marketer who blends creative storytelling with operational efficiency and leverages AI as a genuine force multiplier. You will own executive thought leadership on LinkedIn, drive our customer advocacy program, run brand social, and connect content to the buyer journey, all while building the AI-powered systems that make excellent output repeatable.

We sometimes use AI tools to help us with things like reviewing applications, taking notes from screening conversations, scheduling interviews, or supporting assessments. These tools make the process smoother and fairer — but don’t worry, they never make the final decision. We believe technology should support the process, not replace the human touch. We currently use AI-assisted tools - Metaview for interview notes and Lever Talent Fit to help highlight key experience.  

This posting is a genuine, active position in Ataccama. The OTE compensation range for this full-time role is $105,000-$130,000 CAD. Your exact offer depends on the scope of the role, your experience, and the skills you bring. Base salary is just one part of your compensation & wellbeing package- you will also receive flexible time off, health benefits, an equity grant, and many other perks.
