Overview

AtkinsRéalis is seeking a Project Services Analyst to join our Project Services Multi-Market Service Team. This is an entry-level position and is based out of New York, NY.

Your Role

  • Supports the development, maintenance, and monitoring of project schedules, forecasts, budgets, risks, changes, and performance metrics to help deliver projects successfully.
  • Performs estimating, quantity takeoffs, cost analysis, forecasting, reporting, cash flow monitoring, invoice processing, and financial tracking activities. 
  • Assists with procurement, bid evaluations, contract administration, change management, contractor coordination, and compliance monitoring.
  • Maintains project records and databases, validates project information, prepares reports and analyses, and supports project communication and decision-making.
  • Collaborates with project teams, clients, contractors, consultants, and suppliers to support project execution and continuous improvement initiatives.

About You

  • EXPERIENCE: Prior internship experience in construction preferred
  • EDUCATION Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering, Architectural Engineering, Construction Management, Quantity Surveying or a related field from an accredited college/university.
  • SPECIAL SKILLS: Experience with electronic takeoff software, understanding of basic construction concepts and terminology preferred, and proficiency in Microsoft Office
  •  PROFESSIONAL REGISTRATIONS: None

Additional Information 

Expected compensation range is between $75,000 - $85,000 annually depending on skills, experience, and geographical location.
