  • The Role: Provide administrative and coordination support for recruitment and agency marketing activities within an insurance firm's talent hub and agency marketing department.
  • The Person: Compile recruitment reports and maintain databases, coordinate and schedule candidate interviews with agencies, support recruitment events and campaigns, handle agency enquiries, manage recruitment materials and perform ad-hoc administrative duties.
  • Requirements: Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint and Word, web-based graphic design platform and AI prompt writing are preferred along with event administration or insurance related experience.

Job Description

Responsibilities: Compile recruitment-related statistical and progress reports, maintain databases for management decisions Coordinate and schedule candidate interviews between company and agency Provide administrative support for recruitment events, campaigns and job fairs Handle agency enquiries in a timely manner Replenish and manage recruitment material and stock inventory Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned Qualifications: University graduates preferably in Business Administration programme in Insurance, Financial or Marketing Preferably 1 year+ event administration or insurance related discipline experience Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Word, web-based graphic design platform and AI prompt writing is preferable Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Chinese, Mandarin and English Self-motivated and able to work under pressure Good team player with detailed minded and result oriented Immediate available is preferable About AXA Hong Kong and Macau AXA Hong Kong and Macau is a member of the AXA Group, a leading global insurer with presence in 52 markets and serving 92 million customers worldwide.
