  • The Role: Support marketing communications and collateral development for distribution channels within an insurance business.
  • The Person: Create and edit marketing and communications materials, support campaign planning and event logistics, liaise with vendors, maintain marketing assets and provide administrative support.
  • Requirements: Degree in Communication Translation or Marketing, 2-3 years related experience, and good command of written and spoken English and Cantonese.

Job Description

Responsibilities: Content Development & Creative Support Prepare and edit a wide range of written materials, including but not limited to eDMs, social media posts, customer communications, website copy, executive speeches, internal communication and award submission material Design and develop marketing materials and tools for sales and wellness initiatives, e.g. PowerPoint presentation decks, posters, leaflets, agency bulletin Communication Planning & Implementation Support the planning and execution of communications and marketing campaigns in alignment with CEBWO sales, marketing and wellness strategies Execute communication plans and projects to support business strategies Coordinate with internal and external parties to ensure effective, consistent and timely internal and external communications Projects & Campaigns Support Work with project managers and stakeholders to plan and execute marketing plan and communications for awareness and engagement Participate in CEBWO event production, including logistics coordination and onsite support for activities such as broker events and conferences Vendor & Stakeholder Management Liaise with vendors on the development of marketing materials and event management Guide and monitor vendor progress to ensure quality deliverables in accordance with agreed service levels Maintain vendor database, records and expense tracking with accuracy and timeliness Maintain and update EB marketing assets to ensure information is current and consistent Work closely with internal stakeholders to ensure requirements are clearly understood and delivered with high quality Provide administrative support to the team to ensure smooth operations Qualifications: Degree holder in Communication, Translation, Marketing, or related disciplines 2-3 years of related experience in marketing communication, copywriting or translation, or related fields Working experience in financial institutions, insurance, or related industries will be an advantage Creative, detail‑minded, and resourceful, with strong marketing sense and written communication skills A good team player who is self-motivated, supportive, willing to learn, and able to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment Good presentation, planning, negotiation and organizational skills Good command of written and spoken English and Cantonese About AXA Hong Kong and Macau AXA Hong Kong and Macau is a member of the AXA Group, a leading global insurer with presence in 52 markets and serving 92 million customers worldwide.
