- The Role:This role is for an experienced business analyst supporting IT projects in the telecommunications area.
- The Person:The person will gather and clarify business requirements, translate them into functional requirements and specifications, analyse and document business processes, and support the client in the Fixed Network Wholesale area.
- Requirements:The ideal candidate has at least 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst, strong requirements gathering, functional analysis and process modelling skills, and fluency in Polish and English.

Your responsibilities

Gathering and clarifying business requirements with key stakeholders.

Translating business needs into functional requirements, use cases and specifications for technical teams and IT architects.

Providing functional support to the client within the Fixed Network Wholesale area.

Analyzing and documenting business processes, including process modelling in BPMN.

Acting as a bridge between business and IT teams, ensuring clear communication and alignment on requirements.
Requirements
-
At least 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst, preferably in the telecommunications industry, ideally within Fixed Network Wholesale.

Good understanding of telecom/network concepts, preferably including Bitstream Access, HFC and GPON.

Strong requirements gathering, functional analysis and process modelling skills, with experience using Jira and Confluence.

Ability to communicate effectively with both business and technical stakeholders.

Proactive and independent approach, with the ability to gather missing information and work with limited guidance.

Fluent Polish and English, enabling confident day-to-day communication with local and international stakeholders.

Availability to work onsite in Warsaw 1–2 days per week or willingness to travel regularly.
