This role sits at the forefront of Bumble’s AI-powered future. You’ll lead the design of Bee AI and “Dates powered by Bee,” shaping everything from conversational experiences and match presentation to voice interfaces and real-world date inspiration. Your work will directly influence how millions of people navigate connection, blending cutting-edge AI with thoughtful, inclusive design.

You’ll collaborate across Product, Engineering, Data, and Product Marketing to bring these experiences to life—championing our values of Curiosity and Courage as you explore new interaction paradigms and push boundaries responsibly. Will be determined based on factors such as the selected candidate’s qualifications, relevant experience, skill set, and other job-related considerations.
