- The Role:This role is for a quality engineer in aerospace manufacturing who will support quality systems, inspections, audits, and corrective action work.
- The Person:The person will review purchase orders and contracts, run audits, manage MRB and nonconforming material, produce inspection and training documents, lead root cause and corrective action work, and support supplier, customer, and calibration activities.
- Requirements:The ideal candidate has minimum 5 years of Inspection/Quality experience in a manufacturing environment, working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook, ability to interpret drawings including GD&T, and knowledge of mechanical measuring tools and CMM data and geometry.

Hera Technologies, LLC (the “Company”) is seeking a highly motivated, detail-oriented Quality Engineer to join its team. The successful candidate will focus on reviewing and maintaining quality system policies and procedures and quality control processes. This position requires strong technical and analytical background coupled with good communication skills (written and oral) and an understanding of the aerospace industry. The incumbent must be familiar with a manufacturing environment, have working computer knowledge and be a self-starter who pays attention to detail and accuracy and take responsibility for their work.

- Must have professional working proficiency reading, writing, and speaking English
- Ability to work in office, lab, and manufacturing environments with occasional exposure to noise, chemicals, dust, industrial equipment, and temperature variations
- Ability to sit or stand for extended periods while working at a computer workstation
- Frequent use of hands and fingers for data entry, keyboarding, and mouse use
- Ability to view computer screens for prolonged periods
- Ability to communicate effectively in person, by phone, and via email
- Ability to use a computer to complete assignments
Job Details
Your actual level and base salary will be determined on a case-by-case basis and may vary based on the following considerations: job-related knowledge and skills, education, and experience.
