- The Role:This role is for a senior product manager building product modules for corporate carbon management software.
- The Person:The person will own product modules end to end, work with engineering, design, commercial teams and customers, and support sales enablement and go-to-market activity.
- Requirements:The ideal candidate has proven product management experience in a B2B software environment, a technical background, AI-savvy experience, and SQL, dashboards, integrations, UI/UX sensibility, or product marketing support exposure.
About the role
Intro
We're building the infrastructure for corporate carbon management, and we're looking for a (Senior) Product Manager to help shape it. You'll own product modules end-to-end, work directly with enterprise customers, and operate at the intersection of complex technical problems and real business impact. This is a role for someone who moves fast, makes decisions with incomplete information, and genuinely enjoys the messiness of building in a scale-up.
Your tasks
- Own the full lifecycle of your product modules: from discovery through delivery and iteration
- Work closely with engineering, design, and commercial teams to ship products enterprise customers actually use
- Engage directly with customers to understand their needs and translate them into sharp product decisions
- Drive sales enablement and support go-to-market for your modules where needed
- Use AI tools and modern workflows to move faster and build smarter
- Travel to customers 1-2 times per quarter
Your profile
- Proven product management experience in a B2B software environment: ideally a scale-up with enterprise customers
- Technical background (Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent): you can hold your own in architecture discussions and dig into the details
- AI-savvy: you use AI tools in your day-to-day work and understand where they create leverage
- Self-directed and decisive: you don't wait for strategy to be handed to you
- Strong communicator and stakeholder manager, comfortable with both customers and internal teams
- High ownership and drive: you care about outcomes, not just output
- You are excited to join our diverse and international team in Munich 3 days per week in the office
Nice to have: experience with data (SQL, dashboards, integrations), UI/UX sensibility, or product marketing / sales support exposure.
You'll thrive here if you're energized by ambiguity, move fast, and want real ownership over what you build: not just a seat at the table.
Benefits
- Unique & Powerful Mission: join a fast-growing and ambitious tech company that is shaping the future of carbon management and fighting climate change
- Compensation & Rewards: a steep learning curve and ownership from day one. We offer an attractive compensation package, including virtual stock options
- Health & Wellbeing: Urban Sports Club subscription to stay healthy & fit.1:1 coaching sessions with Nilohealth for your mental well-being.
- Flexible & Balanced: A hybrid setup with 3 days/week in our Munich office. Real collaboration time with the team, plus the flexibility to structure the rest of your week where you focus best.
- Team Culture: Our transparency, Humility, and Accountability values create a unique and supportive working environment. Be part of a multinational, motivated team that thinks work should be fun!
- Connection & Networking: Summer Offsite, Winter Party, and regular team events We give you plenty of opportunities to connect with people, strengthen cross-functional relationships, and boost collaboration
- Trust & Transparency: monthly All-Hands Meetings, weekly update newsletters, and Founders Q&As. We keep you informed on current company numbers and goals
