- The Role:This role is for an integration analyst supporting EDI, 3PL and API connections for product sellers using Cin7's inventory management software.
- The Person:The person will troubleshoot and debug integration connections, manage compliance validation, handle customer issues and escalations, and improve team methods and documentation.
- Requirements:The ideal candidate has a relevant degree, 3+ years in a client-facing role, and technical knowledge in SQL, HTML, CSS, web-based applications, supply chain, inventory management, EDI and 3PL.

How you'll make an impact:
As an Integration Analyst, you own, lead and deliver EDI and 3PL integrations between Cin7 customers and external trading partners. You provide technical support to the Cin7 client base, resolving technical issues and determining the client’s service and support needs.
