As a Product Operations & Affiliate Specialist, you will work at the intersection of Product Operations, Data, and Affiliate Partnerships. You will help evolve the tools, processes, and data that support our teams, while identifying opportunities to improve quality, efficiency, and commercial performance.

We are looking for a curious, analytical and collaborative professional who enjoys connecting technology, data, content and business to solve problems and create better digital experiences.

As a Product Operations & Affiliate Specialist, you will play a key role at the intersection of Product Operations, Data and Affiliate Partnerships. You will help evolve the tools and processes that support our teams, improve the quality and consistency of our data, and identify opportunities to strengthen both operational efficiency and commercial performance.

This is a hands-on role for someone who likes to understand how things work, challenge existing ways of working, connect the dots and turn data and insights into action.

What you’ll do

Product Operations

  • Own and continuously improve the internal platform used by our teams to manage product and pricing data.

  • Understand user and business needs and translate them into clear, actionable requirements.

  • Work closely with Expert, Product and IT teams to ensure new developments address real operational needs and deliver measurable value.

  • Identify opportunities to improve usability, efficiency, automation and data quality.

  • Define and maintain quality-control processes to reduce errors and ensure the reliability of consumer-facing information.

  • Act as a bridge between business users and technical teams, helping translate operational challenges into practical solutions.

Data & Affiliate Operations

  • Identify, assess and integrate external data sources, including product catalogues, technical databases, merchant feeds and APIs.

  • Define business rules, mapping and matching logic to bring multiple data sources into a consistent and reliable internal structure.

  • Manage and improve integrations with affiliate networks, merchants, online platforms and external data providers.

  • Monitor and optimize tracking and commercial setups to improve key performance indicators such as EPC, CTR and conversion performance.

  • Analyse operational and commercial data to identify optimization and monetization opportunities.

  • Monitor relevant KPIs, investigate performance gaps and turn insights into concrete improvement actions.

  • Collaborate closely with Technical, Data, Content, Product and Commercial teams to ensure smooth implementation and continuous improvement.

What you’ll bring

  • A strong analytical mindset and the ability to turn data and operational insights into clear business requirements and actions.

  • Good understanding of the affiliate marketing ecosystem, including affiliate networks, retailer tracking, product feeds and API integrations.

  • Experience working with web analytics and data visualization tools, such as Google Analytics, Looker Studio, Power BI or similar.

  • Strong stakeholder-management and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively across different teams and areas of expertise.

  • A structured, hands-on and problem-solving approach, with a willingness to investigate issues and find practical solutions.

  • Strong attention to detail and a genuine focus on data and information quality.

  • Ability to move comfortably between technical, operational and commercial topics.

  • A proactive mindset and the ability to challenge the status quo and identify opportunities for improvement.

  • Genuine interest in our mission, values and the impact we aim to create.

Nice to have

  • Basic understanding of database structures, APIs and backend/frontend data flows.

  • Experience in e-commerce, affiliate marketing, digital publishing, product comparison or other data-intensive environments.

  • Experience working with product data, feeds, data mapping or integration projects.

  • Familiarity with experimentation, performance optimization or digital monetization.

Salary range: €21,000–€35,000 gross annual base salary, depending on experience, plus company benefits.
