Senior Experience Designer – User Insights and Concept Strategy

We apply a user-centered, iterative design process to deliver usable interface designs across hardware and software products. We collect and make good use of a broad range of data and employ human factors engineering principles to identify and resolve usability problems and gain insights that influence product design and development. 

What you’ll achieve: 

As an Senior Experience Designer – User Insights and Concept Strategy, you will help shape future product and experience direction by developing a deep understanding of user needs, behaviors, and motivations. This role combines user research, strategic thinking, AI-enabled workflows, and experience ideation to identify opportunity spaces and explore new ways products, services, and ecosystems can create value for users. The ideal candidate is equally comfortable uncovering unmet needs, imagining future experiences, and guiding product and design priorities through compelling storytelling and evidence-based recommendations.
