Overview of the Graduate ProgrammeÂ
Our Engineering & Technical Graduate Programme is a two-year rotational scheme designed to give you broad exposure across Sulzer’s engineering functions. You’ll rotate through multiple UK sites and departments, gaining hands-on experience in:Â
- Design EngineeringÂ
- Industrial EngineeringÂ
- Process EngineeringÂ
- Project DeliveryÂ
This programme is aligned with Sulzer’s Service Centre of the Future strategy, giving you the opportunity to contribute to transformative projects that drive innovation, efficiency, and growth. You’ll work alongside experienced engineers, receive formal mentoring, and benefit from structured development pathways tailored to your career goals.Â
What You’ll Be DoingÂ
As part of the engineering team, you’ll:Â
- Identify and evaluate opportunities for innovative enhancements in the workplace, considering emerging technologies and process advancementsÂ
- Research and recommend marketplace technologies and process improvementsÂ
- Collaborate with senior engineers to develop and deliver project plans against agreed milestonesÂ
- Manage project risks to ensure timely delivery and minimal disruption to serviceÂ
- Deliver engineered solutions in the repair, service, and retrofit of rotating equipmentÂ
- Provide technical advice and support to internal stakeholders across the UKÂ
