Responsibilities:
- Design, build, and optimize scalable Databricks solutions and data architectures
- Lead and manage multiple concurrent data engineering and analytics projects
- Develop and maintain data pipelines using Databricks, Delta Lake, and Apache Spark
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define data strategy and best practices
- Evaluate and implement new data technologies to improve performance and scalability
- Ensure data quality, governance, and security across all data platforms
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to data engineering teams
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Databricks Architect or Senior Data Engineer
- Deep expertise in Databricks, Apache Spark, and Delta Lake
- Strong background in designing and implementing enterprise-scale data architectures
- Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously with competing priorities
- Proficiency in Python, SQL, or Scala for data processing and transformation
- Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
