- Data Collection, Analysis & Insight Generation: Gathering critical project data, analyzing performance through KPIs, and generating insightful reports and dashboards to inform planning, track progress, and highlight defect trends.
- Stakeholder Collaboration & Communication: Engaging with cross-functional teams and stakeholders for alignment on plans, disseminating information (including defect status), and addressing needs effectively.
- Utilizing Key Tools & Methodologies: Employing Jira, TestRail, Confluence, data analysis tools (SQL, Python, BI platforms), and Agile/Scrum practices to facilitate planning, execution, and defect management.
