As we continue to scale, we are looking for a Senior Financial Analyst to join our Finance team and help drive strategic financial planning, operational efficiency, and business performance across the organization.
About the Role
We are seeking a highly analytical and business-oriented Senior Financial Analyst to support G2i’s financial area and decision-making processes. This role will work closely with Finance leadership and cross-functional teams to manage the accounting and financials, ensure proper management of the cashflow, develop forecast and business performance, improve reporting and automate the main processes of the area
The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, proactive, comfortable working in a fast-paced remote environment, and able to translate financial data into actionable business recommendations.
Responsibilities

Own and support core finance operations across accounting, FP&A, treasury, reporting, and business analysis

Support the monthly close process, including reconciliations, accruals, variance review, and financial statement analysis

Monitor cash position, support treasury management, and manage cash flow planning and forecasting

Lead financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes across the organization

Build and maintain financial models to support strategic initiatives, operational decisions, and resource allocation

Analyze monthly financial results to identify trends, risks, opportunities, and business performance drivers

Partner with cross-functional teams to improve financial visibility and operational performance

Prepare executive-level reports, dashboards, and KPI tracking for leadership

Support accounts payable, accounts receivable, vendor payments, contractor payments, and related finance workflows as needed

Assist with tax, audit, compliance, banking, and lender-related requests

Improve and automate financial reporting processes and ensure data accuracy across financial systems and reporting tools
Requirements
-
5+ years of experience in Corporate Finance, accounting or related fields

Strong understanding of accounting principles, financial statements, reconciliations, accruals, and month-end close processes

Experience with treasury, cash flow management, budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, and KPI reporting

Strong financial modeling and analytical skills

Advanced proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets and financial reporting tools

Experience working with budgets, forecasts, variance analysis, and KPI reporting

Strong business acumen and ability to communicate financial insights clearly

Comfortable owning a broad range of finance responsibilities in a lean, fast-moving environment

Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills

Professional English communication skills (written and verbal)

Experience in fast-growing startups, tech companies, or international environments is a plus

FP&A expertise is a strong plus

Familiarity with BI tools, accounting systems and financial systems is preferred
