Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Finance, Engineering, or a related quantitative field, or equivalent practical experience.
- 15 years of experience in corporate strategy, business operations, product strategy, management consulting, or corporate development within high-tech or infrastructure.
- Experience driving strategy, operations, and multi-year roadmaps.
Preferred qualifications:
- Master’s degree, MBA, or other advanced graduate degree in Business, Economics, Finance, Engineering, or a related quantitative field.
- 15 years of experience managing cross-functional or cross-team projects.
- Experience in internal tech or infrastructure strategy and business operations.
- Experience across hyperscale data center, networking, or infrastructure.

Individual pay is determined by factors including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
US: $236000 - $329000 (USD) + 25% bonus target + equity + benefits

Responsibilities:
- Partner with the Senior Leadership Team to oversee Global Network Technology (GNT) strategic operations, metrics, and overall business cadence.
- Lead strategic and annual planning efforts by prioritizing core initiatives, headcount, financial plans, and OKRs.
- Align leadership on the cadence for talent reviews, business reviews, Townhalls, and cross-organizational roadmap sessions.
- Evaluate and improve business processes while proposing innovative, forward-looking operational solutions and tools.
- Leverage data-driven insights to make strategy recommendations and drive the execution of critical action items to meet organizational goals.
