The successful candidate will have prior hotel experience, preferably within a large convention-focused hotel. They will be a creative, self-driven professional with experience in graphic design, content creation, and storytelling. Strong executive presence, presentation skills, and the ability to navigate a large, matrixed organization are essential. Additional experience with photography, videography, content editing, and developing compelling brand narratives would be considered a significant asset.
