Pay: $85,000-$95,000 annually

Responsibilities
- Supervise engineering operations and ensure equipment and systems operate safety and efficiently.
- Plan and oversee preventive and corrective maintenance for Rooms, machinery, electrical systems, HVAC, plumbing, generators. And other technical equipment.
- Lead and supervise engineering staff, including assigning work, monitoring perforce, and providing training.
- control engineering expenses and assist with budgeting, purchasing, and cost management.
- Conduct safety inspection and ensure proper procedures such as Lockout/Tagout and permit to work are allowed.
Qualifications
To fulfill this role successfully, you must possess the following minimum qualifications and experience:
- Relevant technical certifications or licenses depending on the industry and local regulation.
- 5-10 years of engineering or maintenance experience preferred.
- Strong knowledge of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, mechanical, and building systems.
- Ability to lead and supervise engineering staff and contractor
- Good communication, leadership, problem solving, and organizational skills.
- Ability to work shifts, weekends, or respond to emergencies, where required.
