ABOUT THE ROLE:  

As a Systems Engineer here at Honeywell Aerospace, you will play a critical role in the design, implementation, and management of complex systems and solutions that drive innovation, safety, and efficiency across various industries. You will work within cross-functional teams on cutting-edge projects that transform the way businesses operate. Your expertise in systems engineering, project management, and technical leadership will be instrumental in shaping the future of technology and industry solutions. 
 
In this role, you will impact the development and implementation of advanced systems, including hardware, software, and network components. You will ensure that the system design aligns with Honeywell Aerospace's quality standards and industry best practices. You will be responsible for maintaining in-depth knowledge of relevant technologies and industry trends that you will apply to address complex engineering challenges and provide solutions that meet or exceed the required technical standards for your customers.

 

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES 

  • Support the design and development of advanced systems, including hardware, software, and network components 
  • Provide successful execution of complex engineering projects 
  • Implement and enforce security measures and compliance standards to safeguard systems and data 
  • Lead the deployment and configuration of systems, ensuring they are installed correctly, tested rigorously, and perform optimally 
  • Provide technical leadership in identifying and resolving system issues, minimizing downtime, and ensuring systems remain operational 
  • Identify opportunities for process and system improvements, implement enhancements, and contribute to the optimization of operation 

 

Location: This position is available in multiple locations across the United States.

The exact worksite location will be selected based on business requirements and the candidate’s relevant experience and qualifications.

The annual base salary range for this position is $82,000/year-$105,800/year. Please note that this salary information serves as a general guideline. Honeywell Aerospace considers various factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to the scope and responsibilities of the position, the candidate's work experience, education and training, key skills, as well as market and business considerations
