Coding agents, LLMs, automation and scripts are a normal part of how our team works, not a pilot someone is running on the side.</span></p><p><span>We would love to have someone dedicated to push that even further. Our team use AI to their amplify their own impact, and increasingly to change how we build the product itself.</span></p><p><span>In this role, you will work alongside our team to push our boundaries even further.</span></p><p><span><strong id="docs-internal-guid-2bab2daa-7fff-0e8d-fca4-f9f626215d32">In practice:</strong></span></p><ul><li><p><span>You find the workflows that cost us time and you fix or automate them, usually without being asked</span></p></li><li><p><span>You build the tooling and automation that the whole team uses, not just your own setup</span></p></li><li><p><span>You apply AI to how we build our product, including the heavy integration work, so we can do more of it with less effort</span></p></li><li><p><span>You use coding agents, LLMs, scripts and APIs across development, debugging, research, documentation, testing and the repetitive parts nobody enjoys</span></p></li><li><p><span>You decide when something needs to be solid and when 80 percent is enough, and you are clear about which one you chose</span></p></li><li><p><span>You work from unclear requirements. You define the problem, make a reasonable assumption, move, and correct when the assumption turns out wrong</span></p></li></ul><h3>What this role is not</h3><ul><li><p><span>Not a feature delivery role. You will touch product code, but shipping features is not what we judge you on</span></p></li><li><p><span>Not a lead role. No direct reports</span></p></li><li><p><span>Not a title with no hands on it. This is building, not advising</span></p></li><li><p><span>Not a role where you introduce AI to sceptics. That work is not needed here</span></p></li></ul><h3>What we are looking for</h3><p><span>You are already working this way. It is how you build, not something you are curious about.</span></p><p><span>You are comfortable being the person who says the current process is slower than it needs to be, and then fixing it rather than raising it.</span></p><h3>What is hard about this job</h3><p><span>The bar here is already high. You are not bringing AI to a team that has not tried it, you are trying to move a team that is already good at it. That is a harder and more interesting problem. The frontier moves every month.
