You will set the domain strategy, define authoritative sources and standards, and ensure data quality, controls, and responsible access. You will lead cross-functional teams to ship well-documented, reliable, reusable datasets and metrics with clear service commitments and adoption plans. You will communicate transparently with senior stakeholders on progress, risks, and incidents while balancing speed, durability, and control expectations.

Job responsibilities

  • Own business accountability for Trust & Security data domains and critical data elements, including authoritative sources, taxonomies, and business rules
  • Establish domain governance forums, decision rights, and escalation paths aligned across producers and consumers
  • Define domain standards for definitions, documentation, retention, permissible use, and quality thresholds
  • Create a multi-year data products roadmap aligned to Trust & Security outcomes and enterprise priorities
  • Deliver curated data products (for example, golden records, event and incident datasets, standardized metrics, entity resolution features, and workflow datasets) with clear charters and consumer journeys
  • Implement data contracts, lineage, metadata, and quality rules to support traceability and reuse
  • Set service-level agreements and service-level objectives for timeliness, completeness, availability, and incident response, including release and version management

  • Proven ability to lead cross-functional delivery across product, technology, analytics, and controls with clear outcomes and accountability
  • Strong executive communication skills, including explaining trade-offs, risks, and decisions under ambiguity
  • Demonstrated people leadership experience, including hiring, coaching, and performance management across direct and matrix teams
