Responsibilities
About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Product Security Architect to lead the architecture, design, and adoption of AI/ML‑driven capabilities within Keysight’s security automation solutions, integrated directly into Keysight’s Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC). This is an architect role focused on bringing scalable, production‑grade AI capabilities into enterprise development environments.
The role centers on introducing and scaling AI‑driven solutions, including machine learning, large language models (LLMs), and agentic workflows, to enhance automation, intelligence, and efficiency across the SDLC. You will architect systems that enable shift‑left automation, intelligent analysis of security and scan data, AI‑assisted testing and validation, and automated remediation workflows that improve accuracy, traceability, and release velocity.
You will work closely with product owners, security researchers, and engineering teams to integrate AI capabilities into existing platforms and workflows. Solutions operate within a security context, security knowledge is an added advantage, with primary emphasis placed on strong AI/ML architecture, system‑level design, and technical leadership.
About the Team:
You will collaborate with product owners, security researchers, and full stack engineers to build advanced autonomous security capabilities that enhance Keysight’s Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
Key Responsibilities:
AI Architecture & Strategy (Primary)
-
Define and own the AI/ML architecture roadmap for the Keysight’s security solutions.
-
Design scalable architectures for integrating ML models, LLMs, and agentic AI workflows into security solutions services.
-
Establish architectural patterns, guardrails, and best practices for production‑grade AI systems.
-
Evaluate and select appropriate AI/ML technologies, frameworks, and platforms aligned with enterprise constraints.
Security solutions Enablement via AI
-
Lead the introduction of AI capabilities to improve Keysight internal developed security solutions areas such as software integration into our security solutions, analysis automation, prioritization, signal correlation, and decision support.
-
Partner with Product Security and Software R&D teams to embed AI capabilities into existing security solutions pipelines and platforms.
-
Guide architectural decisions that balance AI innovation with system reliability, scalability, auditability, and maintainability.
Technical Leadership & Governance
-
Act as technical authority for AI‑related design decisions across security solutions initiatives.
-
Mentor and guide engineers on AI architecture, system integration, and design trade‑offs.
-
Review designs and implementations to ensure alignment with architectural standards.
-
Influence cross‑team adoption of AI capabilities without direct authority.
Collaboration & Stakeholder Engagement
-
Work closely with Product Owners, Security Engineers, Software Architects, and Engineering Leadership.
-
Translate business and security solutions needs into clear AI architecture requirements.
-
Communicate complex AI concepts and architectural decisions to both technical and non‑technical stakeholders.
Qualifications
Must Haves:
-
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, AI/ML, or a related field.
-
8+ years of overall software R&D experience, including system design and architecture roles.
-
5+ years of hands‑on AI/ML architecture and implementation experience, including:
-
Designing end‑to‑end AI/ML system architectures for enterprise platforms
-
Integrating ML models, LLMs, or agentic workflows into production systems
-
Defining architectural standards, patterns, and best practices for AI solutions
-
Strong software engineering foundation (data structures, system design, APIs, distributed systems).
-
Proven ability to operate independently, drive architectural decisions, and lead technical directions.
-
Excellent communication and cross‑functional collaboration skills.
We Value:
-
Master’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, AI/ML, or a related technical discipline.
-
Exposure to product security, software security, or DevSecOps environments, including collaboration with security or platform teams.
-
Familiarity with security automation architectures, vulnerability management workflows, and secure SDLC implementation practices.
-
Experience with MLOps frameworks, model lifecycle management (training, deployment, monitoring), and AI governance controls.
-
Hands‑on experience with modern AI/ML and LLM ecosystems, such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, HuggingFace, and Azure/OpenAI‑based services, including integration into production systems.
-
Proven experience designing distributed systems with auditability, explainability, traceability, and compliance considerations built into the architecture.
-
Exposure to cloud security or container/Kubernetes security in the context of software development pipelines.
-
A passion for continuous improvement and learning
-
