Data Scientist: our view in 3 lines...
- The Role:This role is for a data scientist building data products for e-commerce and supply chain use cases in an agri-tech platform.
- The Person:The person will build data products, develop pipelines with Kubeflow, create endpoints using GPUs, and translate business problems into data science solutions for e-commerce and supply chain domains.
- Requirements:The ideal candidate has a completed Master's degree, strong skills in SQL and Python (OOP), experience with CI/CD environments and Git, and knowledge of Google Cloud, LightGBM and Kubeflow.

Kramp Group discovers and builds e-commerce, supply chain, finance & data science solutions that are aiming at giving the ag-tech industry a push forward. We are building a digital platform, serving thousands of customers and generating a turnover of over one billion euros per year. You will join our centralized Data Science team – but will work dedicated for a product/business team.
Your Role

Build data products using Cloud Build and Docker.

Develop pipelines utilizing thousands of CPUs with Kubeflow.

Develop endpoints using GPU’s to improve your domain.

Specialize in one of the following domains with our ecommerce and supply chain operation : Recommenders, Search, Content, Operations and Supply Chain

Translate business problems into data science solutions.

Work at least 3 days per week physically from our office in Utrecht or Varsseveld, with the remaining days (optionally) remote.

Who are you?
-
A completed Master's degree, preferably in Data Science or a related field.

Minimum 5 experience in Data Scientist is preferred; however, we encourage outstanding entry-level candidates to apply.

Strong skills in SQL and Python (OOP).

Experienced working in CI/CD environments & Git.

Experience with Google Cloud, LightGBM and Kubeflow is beneficial.

Excellent communication skills in English.

We offer an attractive salary of €5,062 - €6,328 gross per month, depending on your experience and qualifications.

Flexible working policy in hours and location. Please note that this is a hybrid position, requiring a minimum of 2 days per week on-site at either our Utrecht office or Varsseveld headquarters (QH).
