Overview
Kimley-Horn is looking for Engineering graduates to join our Greenwood Village, Colorado (CO) office in 2027! This is not a remote position.
Responsibilities
- Utilize technical software programs on a regular basis to analyze, produce, and QC subsurface utility engineering deliverables for our clients.
- Use field data files, field sketches, photos, utility records, survey information, and reference maps to develop accurate utility mapping and project exhibits.
- Support the collection, organization, interpretation, and documentation of subsurface utility information for projects ranging in size and scope.
- Contribute to pre-construction civil engineering design, planning, permitting, and analysis by incorporating utility information into project deliverables.
- Assist project managers and collaborate across civil, survey, and other disciplines to identify utility conflicts and support project coordination.
- Develop familiarity with federal, state, and local regulations, as well as Kimley-Horn and client practices, procedures, and standards applicable to subsurface utility engineering.
- Learn and apply one or more software programs, including AutoCAD, Civil 3D, Excel, MicroStation, OpenRoads, and/or GIS.
- Willingness and ability to travel and perform field work up to 25% of the time
- Perform additional responsibilities and duties as assigned.

Annual salary range: $88,000 - $91,500
