About the Role
We are hiring a Senior SEO Analyst to lead client relationships and deliver outcome-driven SEO strategies for a growing digital agency. This role is equal parts strategic and executional — you will own client accounts end-to-end, from building SEO strategies to measuring business impact and communicating results.
The ideal candidate brings 3+ years of SEO experience, ideally in an agency setting, and is as comfortable running a technical audit as they are leading a client meeting. This role operates on a 32-hour work week with Fridays offline.
This is a hybrid role based in the US, with 2 days per week in-office expected.
Success in the first 3–6 months looks like:

Build strong working relationships across your assigned client accounts and demonstrate a clear understanding of each client's goals and business context

Deliver high-quality SEO work including technical audits, content strategies, and performance analyses with minimal ramp-up time

Lead client meetings confidently and manage next steps independently

Establish efficient delegation workflows with Analyst-level team members in ClickUp
-
Contribute meaningfully to at least one internal initiative or process improvement
Key Responsibilities

Build and implement outcome-driven SEO strategies aligned with each client's goals, business context, and available resources

Identify and prioritize SEO recommendations with the highest potential business impact

Conduct SEO tasks including technical audits, content outlines, competitor analyses, content research, and performance analyses

Analyze performance data to surface relevant insights and develop clear client-facing recommendations

Lead client meetings, manage follow-ups, and ensure consistent alignment on strategy and progress

Solicit and apply client feedback to continuously improve service delivery

Collaborate with team members on strategic decisions and efficient workstream management

Delegate tasks clearly and effectively to Analysts within ClickUp
-
Stay current on industry developments and contribute to internal knowledge sharing
Requirements

3+ years of SEO experience, preferably in an agency environment

Proficient technical SEO expertise

Experience developing and implementing SEO strategies

Familiarity with SEO tools such as Screaming Frog, Ahrefs, and Google Search Console

Demonstrated experience experimenting with AI tools

Strong organizational and multitasking skills with the ability to manage competing priorities
