What You'll Be Working On

• You evolve our SaaS solution and shape improvements to existing features as well as new ones, from the first idea to release and beyond.
• We work with Shape Up: you bring your pitches to the betting table and back them with their ARR impact or a clear strategic case.
• A lot is shifting in the conversational AI market: competitors ship new features every month, Meta keeps changing the rules for WhatsApp, and the AI Act sets new requirements. You spot early what that means for us, as opportunity or risk, and turn it into concrete product decisions.
• Together with Sales, you stay in close contact with our key accounts and present our product work at events such as our annual customer dinner.
• You clarify scope, edge cases and acceptance criteria upfront so the engineering team can focus fully on building. If a cycle starts to wobble, you adjust the scope, not the deadline.
• You’re in your element when it comes to prioritisation. You build consensus amongst stakeholders and take end-to-end ownership of product decisions.

What Makes You a Fit

• Several years of experience as a product manager in B2B SaaS
• You base your product decisions on customer conversations and data, and you can show what came of them.
• You understand APIs and integrations well enough to make commitments that hold.
• AI is part of your everyday work, for prototypes and analysis, and you have a feel for when an AI feature is good enough for our customers.
• You communicate clearly and find the right words, whether you're talking to engineering, Sales or a customer.
